This page contains a  recording of the second customer conference held by HumanWare. The purpose of these conferences is to allow customers to address questions directly to HumanWare staff and if necessary, to review the latest improvements to the BraileNote family of products. 

The client used for the conference is called iVocalize and uses voice over IP technology. Every participant in the conference used the internet to communicate with us, along with a pair of speakers or a headset and a microphone.

Announcements regarding future conferences of this nature will be posted to our BrailleNote discussion and announcement list and will be published on this page. To ensure you don't miss out  please check this page on a regular basis.

This conference may be downloaded in MP3 format, suitable for playing on your PC or on your BrailleNote. For ease of downloading, this recording is split into two MP3 files approximately 4MB in size.
