HumanWare you have out-done yourselves! I just received my first three units of the new BrailleNote BT 32-cell this week and they are outstanding!

I had to try the new network capabilities with the KeySoft 4.0 software on the BrailleNote. I bought a compactflash network card that they recommended for about $87.00 including shipping and it was painless to insert the card and setup the connection for network. I plugged in my rj45 network cable went to the internet and chose my connection provider and in a matter of seconds I was on the internet surfing, WOW!! It is really fast and outstanding!

I plugged the cf card in the compactflash slot in the back of the BrailleNote, which they put between the serial port and the LPT port, I connected my adaptor cable into the compactflash card and then plugged my rj45 network cable into the end of the adaptor cable, the BrailleNote said card inserted and after I setup the provider under the email program, I could connect fast and painlessly. I didn't choose phone number when setting it up, since it was a network connection, I also said yes to log on to my network, and no for wait for dial tone. That was it.

I also tried my Motorola 120c cell phone for wireless connection with the BrailleNote

I tried it on my old units and the new ones and after attaching the data serial cable to the cell phone turning it on, connecting it to the serial port on the BrailleNote, I setup the connection under the email program. I chose Hays Compatible for my modem and after finishing the setup of this connection, I went and tried it and it worked just like Larry said it would. I was surfing the web and sending and receiving my email through my cell phone.

Like I said at the beginning, HumanWare you out-did yourself! I can hardly wait until I can get my dealer's units upgraded.
