This file is required for installing the KeySoft 4.0x upgrade via ActiveSync on BrailleNote's and VoiceNote's with Second Edition or Classic Motherboards. 

It is also required if you choose to install the new Readme on the Second Edition Motherboard, or the updated Manual and Readme on the Classic Motherboard. Refer to the file KeySoft 4.02 Build 1991 Release Note for further instructions on installing the KeySoft 4.02 release
