This file is required for installing the KeySoft 3.06 upgrade when using ActiveSync. 
Copy the files "KeySoft 306 Build 2140.exe" and "ActiveSync Install.exe" into a common folder. Connect the BrailleNote/VoiceNote to the PC, using the standard ActiveSync connection from the Utilities Menu. Refer to Readme KeySoft 306 Build 2140 for instructions on how to install the upgrade using the "ActiveSync Install.exe" installer.
