Pulse Data HumanWare Promotes Dominic Gagliano to National Blindness Sales Manager

January 6, 2005 - Pulse Data HumanWare, leader in innovative technology for people who are blind or visually impaired has announced the promotion of Dominic Gagliano to the position of National Blindness Sales Manager.

Dominic Gagliano joined HumanWare in October 1989 as the Midwest Sales rep and rapidly became one of the major forces in blindness technology in that region. On joining HumanWare, he quickly grasped the unique philosophy behind the powerful yet intuitive environment called KeySoft and was directly involved in the initial concept discussions that led to the development of the amazingly successful BrailleNote product line.

"Dominic is one of those rare sighted people who intuitively understands the needs of blind people," notes Jim Halliday, President Emeritus at PDH. "He not only learned the detailed workings of our complete product line in record time, but he dedicated his heart and soul to educating and serving his customers." Dominic is known for his ability to listen to the marketplace and convey the unmet needs to product developers. In his new role, he will be in an even better position to facilitate this communication and ensure that Pulse Data continues leading the field with innovative solutions."

"I am extremely excited about the prospect of using what I have learned in the past fifteen years to lead Pulse Data HumanWare's blindness division to new heights in terms of products, training and support," stated Mr. Gagliano. "I love this industry and look forward to some very exciting times ahead."
