Growth Leads To New Entity For Pulse Data

Increased sales growth in the UK and Europe has led Pulse Data to establish a new company, Pulse Data Europe, and restructure its operations in that region.

From the 1st of October Pulse Data Europe will centralise all UK and European operations in a move that will further improve customer service and efficiency.

While Pulse Data will maintain sales offices in Europe, the company will manage product distribution, finance and administration functions from its European headquarters in Raunds, UK.

Pulse Data Europe will be led by Managing Director Pedro Polson formerly the Managing Director of Pulse Data International UK Ltd. Alan Davis will take over responsibility for managing Pulse Data Europe's UK sales operation. Alan has spent the last 3 years working as the Regional Manager of Northern Europe for Marconi and has extensive sales and marketing experience.

By concentrating these resources in one location Pulse Data Europe will be able to provide a consistent point of contact, with better customer service and greater operational efficiencies for our customers throughout the UK and Europe. This is an exciting phase of development for Pulse Data according to Managing Director Pedro Polson.

Russell Smith, CEO of Pulse Data International sees the new structure of its European operations being imperative to maintaining and increasing sales to one of the group's most important markets.

Representatives from Pulse Data Europe will be present at the REHA exhibition, in the first week of October in Dusseldorf, Germany. REHA is one of Europe's premier exhibitions for people with disabilities.

Established in 1988, Pulse Data International has gained international recognition for the design and manufacture of electronic devices for the partially sighted and blind. Pulse Data International export products to more than 30 countries, and has established sales offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Sweden, The Netherlands and Australia.
